Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final once delivery is completed.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be granted only if:

  • The product was not delivered

  • A technical issue prevented access or use

  • The item received did not match the description

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Completed and verified digital deliveries

  • Buyer mistakes or misunderstanding of product details

  • Unauthorized purchases made from your device or account

4. Requesting a Refund

  • Order number

  • Email used at checkout

  • Reason for request

Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
